about noelle
Palm Beach Healing Center (formerly whole body therapeutic center) is owned and operated by Noelle Zulli Adams since 2003.
Noelle Zulli Adams needed extensive therapy after a car accident. In her search for non-invasive therapy techniques, she experienced successful results from massage therapy and began a quest for learning and sharing these modalities with others.
Noelle, a Palm Beach County resident since 1979, received her licensure for Massage Therapy from Seminar Network International in 1997. Since then she has received certification in Manual Lymph Drainage and Complete Decongestive Therapy through the Academy of Lymphatic Studies. Noelle is a member of the Florida State Massage Therapy Association since 1999. Her whole body therapeutic approach to health and wellness incorporates additional therapies such as Visceral Manipulation, CranioSacral Therapy, Neural Manipulation, Myofascial Release Technique, Active Isolated Stretching, and recently began training in Anatomy Trains program.
Leading a different path…my story of a new direction.
In 2017 I was diagnosed with breast cancer and praise God have been cancer-free ever since. During this battle in my life, I was in need of therapy, rehab, and healing not only physically but spiritually and emotionally. Being a therapist and a woman of faith, I knew exactly what I needed to do, but the average person does not. During my weekly doctor’s visits conversing with other patients, I saw a great need for a therapy program that does NOT really exist. Doctors would tell you to stretch and off you go.
My heart goes out to women who have breast cancer and face the challenges endured along this season in their lives. I created a therapy rehab program that assists in healing prior to surgery and carrying all the way through to the end of recovery.
By utilizing all that I have learned through the years of studying different therapy modalities, I was back to work in 7 weeks after having surgery for a double mastectomy.
My prayer is that this therapy reaches those in need and to help and support women through their battle with breast cancer.

about bethany
Having received massages for her, were marked with discomfort or pain. Having the inability to relax marked her road researching, why? After being diagnosed with Ehler’s-Danlos Syndrome, a connective tissue disorder, she was referred to a physical therapist specializing in craniosacral therapy. Through this light touch therapy, these gentle treatments, Bethany was able to experience profound physical and emotional release of pain and stored tension. Due to the life changing results, this inspired her to learn more about holistic modalities. Her heart was to give back to others with the level of compassion and attentiveness in which she had been given.
Bethany, a Palm Beach County native, volunteers at a local soup kitchen where God instilled the desire for her to nurture through the feet. With only eight reflexology schools in the nation, she was elated to find one in her own backyard. She completed schooling at Palm Beach State College massage therapy and the Laura Norma school of reflexology.
Addressing the whole body through the reflexes in the feet, creating space needed for people to truly be at peace and rest, encouraging the healing process is the core joy and fulfillment behind her work.
Bethany continues her education at the Upledger Institute for craniosacral therapy. She encourages the concept of combining reflexology and craniosacral therapy by offering co-treatment sessions with craniosacral therapists. The results have been amazing!
